After meeting Olivia at work we became friends instantly & I was very excited when she took her passion for animals a step further with grooming school. She has spent the last year learning & grooming all sorts of breeds, from the more technical poodle cut to some fun Mohawks, all while picking up those little tricks along the way to make any fur baby look their best.

Kip my parents dog absolutely loves Olivia & his spaw days. I wasn't quite sure how much he really loved those hair cuts but the branding photos with did with him as our model speak for themselves. He genuinely LOVES spending time with her. Her kind nature, calm voice & reassurance is the perfect mix for a career in grooming.

You can tell the amount of hard work & what I am sure was blood sweat & tears went into Pampered Pooch, not only do they have mutiple full service groomers they also have a lovely little shop.
