Frosty says spent at Dinosaur Park

Theres no shortages of views at Dinosaur Park & that doesn't change in the winter. This year we had a fair share of frosty days with a few days in a row of overcast causing the frost to build up which lead to some amazing views. I normally try to go out to Dinosaur Park a couple times in the winter & no amount of snow can compare to the hoar frost covering the landscape with the hoodoos peeking out but I am a sucker for a frosty day.

Along with frost covered hoodoos is of course all the plant life. Even throughout the winter you can still find cacti & remnants of the badlands wildflowers.

Even without the frost Dinosaur park has a captivating views while cover in snow. The red hues against the bright white snow have a really catch your eye.

The winter season there is still lots of wildlife out at Dinosaur Park from deer to coyotes & even the occasional bird. You have to keep your eye out as so these critters have really good camouflage & blend right into the landscape.
