I'm truly blessed to have so many amazing women in my life like Carla that I've known since such a young age. She is another friend I've had the honour of knowing for over a decade. We spent our late teens & early 20's partying & going to raves solidifying our friendship over those drunken late night conversations & a handful of hungover drives home. Now I have been lucky enough to photograph a handful of her big life moments, like maternity photos of of her twins & now engagement photos with Sam.

I could tell from the first moment they stepped in front of my lens how in love they are & genuinely enjoy each others company. Those subtle glances from Sam where he just looks at Carla with adoration melt my heart; their love is evident in the photos.

Due to the cold Canadian winters we decided to do our photos inside at the local Hertiage Inn atrium which is the perfect backdrop for photos, specailly when you don't feel like braving the cold. As a plant lover I take advatange of this place for photos as often as I can in the colder months or on those rainy days.
